At-home COVID-19 tests may still be covered by your insurance. Check your plan to see if you're covered. We do NOT accept returns for COVID-19 at home test kits.
Tests Covered by Insurance Plans
You can submit your request online for your insurance to pay for your at-home COVID-19 tests up front if your plan covers it. Once we receive your request and process your insurance, we will contact you to pick up in store. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store with your insurance information for assistance.
